Craft Day / Phoebe's Gift

On August 3rd, we went to Marti's and had a crafting day.  We were making many different types of crafts for Phoebe's Gift.  I'm going to quote some stuff from the invitation we got.

"In June of 2009 our grandbaby Phoebe Kay Somero was born.  A few hours later she was transported to Sacred Heart Children's Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.  She spent several weeks there with the incredibly caring dedicated staff.

We are raising money for a playroom for siblings of the babies being cared for by Sacred Heart's Neonatal Intinsive Care Unit. (in Spokane, WA)

Everyone is invited to spend all or part of the day in Boone and Anne's garden.  Have a good time and please donate generously!

ALL DONATIONS (100%) GO TO THE HOSPITAL.

Let's make life easier for families with babies in the NICU."

The "Hand Crafted Treasures" line is what we made crafts for.  We made and donated crafts, and others will donate money for the items they take.

Those are only a few of the crafts we made.  Mom made several other things and we didn't end up getting pictures of the things Karen, Marti & her girls made.  But you can also donate!  Or you can go and buy one or a few of these wonderful crafts:)

Hope lots of people can go ~ especially those who live in New Hampshire.  Wish I could go!
