Tomorrow (Wednesday) we have no school. It's called a waiver day. Anyway, students in BGSD (Battle Ground School District) have no school. There is also one of these days in February and March. Also, on Monday we have no school as well! It is Martin Luther King Junior Day. Pretty exciting, huh?
There seems to be high hopes for tomorrow!! Earlier, it was snowing but it was extremely windy as well. Therefore, it didn't really stick that much. However, it has been so cold that we still have lots of snow from Sunday (not that we got too much). Anyway, there had been starting to get a huge green spot in the backyard and now this afternoon it turned white, although you call still see green!
As of now, there is freezing rain. When I got off the bus this afternoon I noticed that there was defreeze on the road so the roads can't be too bad, can they?
I have to say, I hope we get some more snow tonight so it will be fun to go outside tomorrow and sled!! Also, the concrete is looking mighty slick. Perhaps tomorrow we will be able to go sliding on ice if it don't melt??
Thanks for lookin',
Love and God's Peace,
Tara

ReplyDeleteThat's cool that you can see our blog. Yes, definetely nice to have the days off. Our snow is all gone now though. We woke up and it was 43 outside when it had been 27 the night before. The warmest day of the year so far:)
