Delicious Food + Recipes!

We'll start out with a couple of types of wraps.

The first kind is the Ranch Chicken Wraps. They're soooo delicious!

Ranch Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:
1 1/4 pound skinless boneless chicken breasts (thawed, but uncooked)
1/4 cup Taco Seasoning Mix
Pam vegetable cooking spray
about 1/3 cup ranch
6 Flour tortillas
lettuce, sliced (recipe I used called for 3 cups but I just used however much looked good)
diced tomatoes (again, recipe called for 3 cups, and I used what looked good)
Ranch to drizzle on top

Directions:
Slice the chicken into 1/4" shreds. Place in a mixing bowl; toss with taco seasoning mix.

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. When hot, spray with Pam. Add chicken and cook through. Add about half the sauce and let cook to heat through.

To assemble, divide chicken, lettuce, and tomatoes among the tortillas. Drizzle with desired amount of ranch and roll up.

Note: These tend to be very messy, but also very delicious:)

Now, the second type of wrap is the BLT Wrap. Yumminess:)

Sorry my pic is the wrong way - turned it but now can't get it to load on again:(

BLT Wrap Recipe

On a flour tortilla, place 1/4 cup shredded lettuce, sprinkle tomatoes and cut up bacon on top; pour 2 tablespoons ranch over this, top with cheese and roll up like a burrito.

Note: I cut up our bacon and cooked it and then divided it among the amount of tortillas we were using; I didn't measure it like the directions said. Also, for the lettuce and ranch, I just used however much looked good.

Now for a delicious dessert, I bring to you the Caramel Apple Cake!

My picture of this won't load on and it wasn't very good anyway, soo . . . if you want to see the picture, and since the recipe is pretty long, I don't want to put it all on here, then go here to see the recipe and the pic.

Note: I use more caramels and apples than the recipe calls for.
This cake is sooo delicious and I think I should go make some right now:)

God's Peace and Love,
Aimee
